This 16-week programme gives you me in your pocket for the entire time.
We start with a longer first consultation to fully understand your health and set personalised goals, with the ultimate aim of getting to the root cause of your concerns.
We then meet every two weeks for three months, with weekly email or call support—and you always have me on hand if anything pops up between sessions.
The final month is independent, ending with a check-in session to review progress and next steps.
Simply Well

If you’re looking for clear, personalised support without signing up for a full programme, Simply Well is for you.
In this session, we’ll take a close look at your current health, lifestyle, and any relevant test results, then focus on the single issue that is most important to address.
By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body, practical steps you can implement straight away, and the tools to make progress.
