In corporate nutrition talks, I use my experience as a Nutritional Therapist (the science of what to eat) and Personal Trainer to offer achievable solutions, without sucking the fun out of life. It is the combination of advice, support and encouragement that can make a nutrition talk successful. Even those who have never heard of goji berries will be able to take something away!

What I would recommend:
Fortnightly or monthly one-hour informal lunch and learn workshops spread over 3 or 6 months to inspire healthy habits. The sessions would encompass various health topics, including blood sugar balance, sleep, digestive health, mood, weight,and hormone balance.
Other options include:
Drop-in clinics. An opportunity to offer your people the chance to start on their personal health journey, private 30-minute consultations based around a short food diary.
